Diana Dominguez was born June 11, 1959, to Alfredo and Virginia (Surita) Dominguez in Winter Haven, Texas.
Diana was 1 of 14 children and grew up in Crystal City, Texas, where she also graduated high school. She worked in agriculture most of her life. She also worked at Tri-Valley Migrant School for about 30 years and later worked at Century Elementary in the kitchen for a few years. She was the main caregiver of her baby brother for 20 years.
Diana had a huge heart and loved spending time with family and friends, but she made extra time to spend with her grandchildren. Watching them grow up was her greatest joy. She was very outgoing and generous to those in need. She also enjoyed casinos and reading romance novels. Diana was a huge believer in tough love; she strived to keep everyone on the best path for their future.
Diana Dominguez passed away peacefully in her home on February 15, 2023, in Fargo, North Dakota, surrounded by family.
She is survived by her daughter Audrey Dominguez (Xavier Robles); grandchildren, Adilene Chavez, Tarina Chavez, Reynaldo Robles, and Isela Robles, West Fargo, ND; sisters, Dora Diaz, Grafton, ND, Patricia Dominguez (Abdon Almeida), Carrizo Springs, TX, Estela Dominguez, Crystal City, TX, San Juanita Dominguez (Mario Guevara), West Fargo, ND; brother, Felix Dominguez, West Fargo, ND, and many nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alfredo Dominguez; mother, Virginia (Surita) Dominguez; brothers, Pedro, Clemente, Mario, Guadalupe, Jesse, Alfredo Jr Dominguez; sister, Rosa Martinez; niece, Jessica Jane Diaz; and nephew, Carlos Javier Martinez.
