Darlene Louise Sigurdson

Darlene Louise Sigurdson passed away Tuesday, August 5th, 2014 at Bethany Towers, University Drive, Fargo. She lived at Bethany for the last few years of her life and the staff welcomed her as family. Darlene's family wishes to thank the entire staff at Bethany for the love and kindness they have shown her and the family during her stay.

Darlene was born December 11, 1938 in Fargo ND.

She attended schools in Fargo.

She loved caring for children, many of whom have stayed lovingly in contact with her for decades.
Darlene was a lifelong member of Calvary United Methodist Church.

She enjoyed baking, shopping and donated her time doing volunteer work for numerous Fargo area charities.

She was preceded in death by her parents Isabelle and Magnus Sigurdson and sister, Janet Laframboise.

Darlene is survived by sister Diane (Larry) Anders, Fargo and brother David, Magnolia, TX, nieces Kari (Gregg) Kuta, Delta, CO, Kristi Kelly, Magnolia, TX and Laurie (Brad) Hansen, Montevideo, MN, nephews Jeff (Lisa) Aune, Horace, ND, Mike(Sandie) Anders, Horace, ND, Steve (Jenny) Aune, Verona, WI and many great nieces and nephews. Not to be forgotten is lifelong friend Helen Just, Burnsville, MN.
