Daniel L. Erickson, 67, of West Fargo, North Dakota, died September 27th, 2019 in his home.
Dan was born March 31st, 1952 in Bismarck, ND to Stanley and Gladys Erickson, being the oldest of three children.
The family relocated to Independence, California for a short period of time where he made some lifelong friends. Dan graduated high school in Sheyenne, North Dakota and went on to attend college at NDSCS of Wahpeton ND.
He had three children from his first marriage that he raised and was completely devoted to. Dan was an amazing father who dedicated himself to all aspects of their lives. He was also very much a part of his grandchildren’s lives, taking every opportunity to enjoy all of their activities right along side them.
Dan was a hard worker, retiring at the young age of 50 from Supervalu Warehouse in Fargo. Dan was a huge sports fan who didn't miss a NDSU football game. He loved to fish and made many memories with family and friends fishing in Canada. He enjoyed traveling and took numerous vacations to Las Vegas where he loved trying his luck playing the slot machines.
Dan spent the last 27 years married to his beautiful wife, Pamela Erickson, who also provided him with 3 very busy step-sons, Eric, Joey and Scott Fluge.
This very loving father is survived by his mother, Gladys Erickson, daughter Stacy (Edward) Brenner, his son Chad (Jamie) Erickson, siblings Timothy (Julie) Erickson and Sandy (Brian) Hodenfield. He also had many grandkids, nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
Dan is preceded in death by his father, Stanley Erickson, brother Steven Erickson and son, Aaron Erickson.
