Craig Edward Scholle

The family of Craig Edward Scholle Sr. and Mark Lee Scholle welcome you to this service.

While walking his dog Bella Craig suffered a stroke and went to be with his Lord at the age of 84 on June 19th, 2024. Mark went to be with his Lord at the age of 80 on September 15th, 2024 after a long journey with cancer.

Craig graduated from Minnetonka High School, the University of Minnesota and William Mitchell College of Law, receiving a Juris Doctorate degree. He worked as an underwriter for the trucking industry in both the Twin Cities and Fargo, making some lifelong friends along the way. He found another set of brothers in his men's bible study group, which he attended for over 30 years. He was friend and mentor to many in the AA community, and one of his proudest achievements was staying sober for 44 years. He loved golfing, fishing and making puns every chance he could get.

Mark (Baby Huey to his brothers and sister) went to Minnetonka High School, the University of Minnesota, and the U of M Law School, receiving a Juris Doctorate degree. He joined his father at Scholle Law Firm along with his brother Stephen. Uncle Mark "Caramel Bully" loved hosting family holidays and taking people out on his boat on Lake Minnetonka. A member of the Big Island Yacht Club, he devoted much of his time behind the scenes keeping the Island going. He was an avid scuba diver, visiting many beautiful places around the world.

Craig and Mark were preceded in death by their parents, Marion Beddie and Leslie Craig Scholle, and sister Susan Scholle. Craig was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy, and son, Nathan. Both are survived by their brother, Stephen, Craig's children Teresa (Eric) Eberhardt and Craig (Yvonne) Scholle; grandchildren Austen, Carissa, Erika, Gabriel, and Elena; nephews Mark (Kaelin) Scholle, David Scholle, Max Scholle, Brad Hanson, Steve (Jodi) Hanson, Chris Reid, and Jonathan (Cheri) Reid; and nieces Cathy (Gary) Willenbring and Caroline (Rick) Koch.

A memorial service will be held at Grace Church, 9301 Eden Prairie Road, Eden Prairie MN on Saturday, October 12th. Visitation at 2 pm, service at 3 pm, cookie reception to follow. Enter using Door 2.
