Colleen Marie Phillips, 68, left us on March 14, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones.
Colleen Phillips was born April 24, 1953, to Arthur and Genevieve (McMahon) Anderson in Fargo, N.D. Colleen graduated from Fargo North High School in 1971 and received her Associate's Degree from Moorhead Tech in 1977.

In 1978 she married the love of her life, David Phillips. Together they raised four wonderful kids, who were very special to Colleen.

She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, volunteering for Special Olympics, gardening and bingo Her favorite of pastimes, were shopping and spoiling her grandkids.

She is survived by her husband, David Phillips, her kids, Beth, Brenda (Wayne), Darlene (Carl), and Darrin (Amy), her grandkids, Olivia, Grayson, Nathan, Justin, and Jeremy, her brother Claire, brother in law Robert, sister in law Virginia, many nieces and nephews and her dear friend Patty.
