Clarice Marie (Galbreath) Weber was born on January 23, 1925 to Clarence and Nora Galbreath in Nome, ND.
She grew up on a farm near Enderlin, entered the Cadet Nurse Corps for her nursing career and graduated from St. Luke’s School of Nursing.
