Carla Locket

Carla Marie Locket, daughter of Carl V. and Connie Larson, born March 1, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland, died on May 23, 2011 at her home in Fargo, ND. She was a vibrant cancer survivor who was active in service of her church, quilting, crafting, and volunteering with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. Carla was a proud grandmother to Ethan and Elise, and mother to Stephani Locket and Melissa Locket Barrett (Hugh Barrett). Carla is survived by her children, grandchildren, sisters, and many much-loved nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and a very recent great-great-grand nephew. A memorial service will be held at Olivet Lutheran Church at 5:00PM on Thursday, May 26, 2011, with a visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers of gifts, the family requests donations to the Olivet Women’s Memorial Fund.
