Blaine is survived by his brother, Robert (Marnita) Schaeffer; sister, Brenda (Robert) Viou; and sister, Susan Metcalf.
Blaine is preceded in death by his mother, Joy Schaeffer; father, Robert Schaeffer; and brother, Dana Schaeffer.
Blaine loved his cats, Felix and Lola. He enjoyed watching NASCAR races, and he was an old Dodge boy.
