Alfred (Clair) Houglum, 80, Fargo, died Thursday in Innovis Health, Fargo. He was born April 12, 1928 in Fargo, North Dakota. His parents, Alfred and Mr. Houglum graduated from Fargo Central High School and North Dakota State University. He held jobs in sales and photojournalism throughout his life. Clair was an active member of the Fargo Camera Club and the awards displayed in his home attest to the expertise he held in photography.
