Paul Mariner, 39 of Amenia, ND, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his home on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.
Paul Michael Mariner was born March 15, 1981 in Fargo, ND to Pete and Paulette (Oster) Mariner. He grew up and attended schools in Fargo, after which he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Moorhead State University.
Paul was a skilled gardener, avid fisherman, and a lover of nature. He had such a quick wit and sense of humor that made him a joy to be around. Paul had a huge heart and took care of everyone he loved. It didn’t matter what he took on, he did it well. He was deeply principled and was a great judge of character. He was a loving brother to his sister, Erin, and brother, Andrew.
Paul worked at Magnum Companies where he met his best friend and the love of his life, Andrea Dumas. They spent eight wonderful years together.
Paul is survived by his soulmate, Andrea Dumas; parents, Pete and Paulette Mariner, Fargo, ND; siblings, Andrew (Lindsey) Mariner, Lemoore, CA; Erin Mariner, Fargo, ND; niece, Emilia and nephew, August; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many special friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ray and Marge Oster; grandmother, Helen Mariner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to your favorite charity.
A Celebration of Life for Paul will be held this summer.
