Michael Struck, 41, of West Fargo, ND, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Monday, October 23, 2023 while on vacation in Puerto Morales, Mexico.

Michael Ryan Struck was born on August 3, 1982 in Stillwater, MN. At six weeks old Michael joined the family of Jeff and Annette (Larson) Struck. He was baptized October 17, 1982 and confirmed October 18, 1998 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls. He was awarded his Eagle Scout on October 17, 1999. Michael graduated from Hillcrest Academy in 2001.

Michael found his passion when he started working in the towing and automotive repair industry. Over the course of 15 years he had hands-on experience with all aspects of the industry, which motivated him to purchase I-29 Automotive Service and Towing in 2019 with his cousin and business partner, Matthew Hanson.

Michael met the love of his life, Kristin, in 2018, and they united together as a family with their four children on September 17, 2021. They loved their time at the lake, especially bonfires, pontoon rides, and sunsets. He was an excellent cook and loved hosting. Michael had a passion for everything outdoors, whether it was hunting, fishing, or ice fishing.

Friendships and connections were very important to Michael and he had some of the very best friends. His number one priority was his wife and children, as he was an amazing husband, father, and provider. Michael's genuine and kind smile is something that those who knew him will always remember.

Michael is survived by his wife, Kristin; children, Charlie, Emma, Finley, and Emma; parents, Jeff and Annette; sister, Stephanie Struck; aunts, Nancy (Lynn) Steinke, Shirley (Dan) Sheldon, Linda (Ken) Lund, Beverly (Joe) Hecker; uncle, Mark (Nancy) Hanson; and cousins, Greg (Tracy) Steinke, Kurt Steinke, Kari (Eric) Ostlie, Matthew (Thalia) Hanson, Scott Hecker, Katy (Scott Bottolfsen) Hecker. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Norman and Doris (Norstebon) Larson, and Clifford and Marine (Meyer) Struck.

Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Grace Lutheran Church in Erhard, MN with a visitation one hour prior to the service with Pastor Brad Soenksen officiating. The service will be livestreamed on the funeral home website and at the YouTube link "Grace of Erhard." Lunch will be provided, following the service, as a gift to Michael's memory from close friend, Kent Larsen, who owns and operates Chef's Table Catering - Fargo.
